Dr. AHSAN ALI ASHRAF is a distinguished academic and researcher with over 12 years of expertise in teaching and research. His professional journey commenced in the corporate sector, where he contributed to Servis Shoes (Servis Sales Corporation) in Lahore, Pakistan, for nearly a year. Subsequently, in March 2012, he joined the Department of Business Administration at Lahore University as an Assistant Professor, dedicating nine years to the institution until September 2021.
In September 2021, Dr. Ashraf transitioned to the Department of Business Administration at the University of Sialkot, assuming the role of Assistant Professor and Head of Business Administration until March 12, 2023. Presently, he serves as the Head of the Business Administration Department and holds the position of Associate Professor at the National College of Business Administration and Economics (NCBA&E), Front Lane Campus in Lahore.
Dr. Ashraf earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Pakistan, focusing on the dynamics of workplace bullying and job stress, examining the roles of risk factors and coping strategies. His research portfolio extends to various subjects, including Total Quality Management, Knowledge Management, Corporate Culture, and the moderating impact of firm strategy on the relationship between leverage and performance. He has also delved into the effects of Green HRM on Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards the environment.
His research interests encompass Organizational Behavior, Knowledge Management, Permission Marketing, Branding, and Customer Relationship Management. Dr. Ashraf has garnered multiple awards and accolades for his outstanding contributions to research, teaching, and community service.
